Preperation Mixer
ALPY Preperation Mixers are produced minimum 500 kg/batch up to 2000 kg/batch capacities. It is used for mixing of the raw materials at adjusted temperature to get homogenous mixture before micronisation process. It has a mixer type as anchor system or breaker system according to usage purpose.
The product which is homogenized in a short time by specially designed stainless horizontal mixer system is transferred to the next unit by pump. Hot water in jacket is kept at adjusted temperature automatically and circulates between stainless steel jacketed vessel, jacketed pump and stainless steel jacketed transfer pipes continuously.
