Spinner Moulding Line

It is designed to produce Hollow Chocolates. Optionally 3D figure depositors can be fixed on the line to have 2 or more color hollow chocolates. There are two different model of Spinner Moulding Line as 1 mould in a holder and 2 moulds in a holder. Special vibration process on spinner group helps to have uniform hollow products.

Capacity of the line is 5 mould/min. for 1 mould /holder model and 10 mould/min. for 2   mould/holder model.

Stations on the Standard Spinner Moulding Line are;  Mould Heating Tunnel, Chocolate Depositor with vibration, Mould Closing Unit, Mould Reversing Unit, Spinner Group, Mould Opening Unit, Capsule Feeding Group, Shell Heating Tunnel, Mould Closing Unit, Cooling Tunnel Feeding System, Cooling Tunnel, Line Feeder, Mould Opening Group, Vacuum System Mould Unloading Group.

Optional Stations to be added to Spinner Moulding Line are; 3D Figure Depositor with vibration and horionta cooling Tunnel, Granule Type Feeding Unit.
