Alpy Moulding Line

It is flexible moulding line in which multiple alternative stations can be added. Moulds are move by pusing of the pins on chain. Alpy Moulding Line can be design as straight or rectangular depend on customer’s free place. Full servo motor controlled Alpy Moulding Line (9 pcs servo motor on standard Alpy Moulding Line) has special ALPY Cam Profile Depositing Program to have a sensitive filling during one shot process.

There are three alternative mould dimensions for this type moulding line as; 470x200x30 mm, 600x245x30 mm and 800x245x30 mm.

Capacity of the line is 15-18 mould/minute for one-shot products.

Stations on the Standard Alpy Moulding Line are;  Mould Heating Tunnel, One-Shot Depositor with vibration, Elevator Type Cooling Tunnel, Automatic Mould Unloading Group , Exit Conveyor for demoulded products and  unloaded Mould Controll Group.

Optional Stations to be added to Alpy Moulding Line are; Chocolate or Second One Shot Depositor, Granule and Chocolate/Cream Mixer, Elevator Type Cooling Tunnels, 3D Figure Depositor & Horizontal Cooling Tunnels, Biscuit Feeding Group.
