Vermicelli Chocolate Production Line
With Alpy Chocolate Vermicelli Production Line you can produce various sizes of chocolate strips. Alpy Machinery has 2 different model as AVU-600 and AVU-1200 model Vermicelli Production Lines. Sieves and tunnel covera are made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel materials.
Vermicelli AVU-600 model

- 600 mm tunnel belt width
- 2 units 1000 mm coating pans
- Dryer unit
- 75 kg/hr product capacity
Total length of the line is nearly 8.5 meters.
Vermicelli AVU-1200 model
- 2 units vermicelli extruder
- 1200 mm cooling tunnel
- 4 units of coating pans 1000 mm
- 150 kg/hr product capacity
Total length of the line is nearly 10 meters.
*Optionally dryer system can fix on the tunnel for sugar paste vermicelli production.
