Hollow Chocolate Production Line

Alpy Full Automatic Hollow Chocolate Line is produced with 380 x 290 mm mould dimension. Moulds are pushed by the pims on the chain and automatically pass through all stations and ready products are taken from the moulds by vacuum group. Hollow chocolate figures line's system is servo motor controlled and each station works synchronously with each other.

In the cooling tunnel, 2 moulds are arranged side by side and the mould is cooled from the bottom and the top by the modular band design. The production line capacity is 5 molds/minute.
