Heat Exchanger

Alpy Heat Exchanger Systems are produced from 500 kg/hr up to 2000 kg/hr capacities. Vertical design heat exchanger system makes cooling of the product enters by speed controlled pump of the previous machine. Special designed scrabers in the heat exchanger makes optimum cooling and the best homogenisation.

These scrabers prevent product collection on the side walls of the vessel. Hot water enters to the heat exchanger from its hot water tank and cold water enters from independent chiller group.
