Full Automatic Pim System Chocolate Moulding Line

ALPY Full Automatic Pim System Chocolate Moulding Lines are produced with 470x200x30 mm and 600x200x30 mm mould dimensions.

In pim system moulding line, moulds are fixed to chain by pims and moulds pass through all stations automatically by movement of chain. Automatically unlodaded cooled products are go out from the exit conveyor belt and empty moulds enter to the mould heating tunnel again.Stations on the pim system moulding line is changable depend on customer’s demands.

Main chain drive, depositor pistons, depositor valves and mould lifting unit are servo motor controlled. Special CAM-PROFILE programming on one-shot depositor increases the filling ratio up to 65%.
Machine capacity is 15-18 moulds / minute depending on product dimensions and weights.

After the filling process, the moulds are cooled in total of 72 meters in the 6 flatted cooling tunnel (Each flat is 12 meters).
