Technical Details

Chocolate Cooling Tunnels are produced with different band dimensions and different length depend on production line capacity. Condanses are optionally water cooled or air cooled.

Depending on the industrial cooling tunnel`s length one, two or more refrigeration compressors and equipments are used to increase the efficiency of the cold air circulating.

Stainless steel stable plates under the band permits straight moving of the cooling tunnel conveyor. There is directioning plates under the top cover for directing the air into the cooling tunnel. Cold air enters to the tunnel from top is separated to the two sides and collected again from the bottom.

Isolated covers are made of stailess steel materials. Speed controlled poliurethan band is centered and stretched pneumatically. 

As an alternative, we offer infrared cooling system. With this system the product does not come into contact with the cold air at all. Cold air circulates in special air channels and products are cooled in the tunnel by passing through the cooled area.
