ALPY Ball Mills are used to micronization of compaund chocolate, cream and enrobing products with lower capacity. The homogenized mixture in the preperation mixer is transferred to the ball mill as same amount of ball mill batch capacity. Product in jacketed vessel circulates 3 hour period by help of jacketed pump. Micronization process is done during this period when product pass between balls.

After last thickness is observed product is transferred to the stock tank by same pump with changing of the valve direction. Machine capacity is nearly 500 kg product/3 hour. Temperature of product and water in jacket is kept at adjusted value automatically. Hot water circulates between jacketed vessel, jacketed pump and jacketed transfer pipe continuously. Cold water enters to the system automatically from independent chiller water cooler.
