Rotary Depositor Drop Chocolate Line

The newest technology in the world to produce uniform and high capacity drop chocolates, button chocolates and stick/chunk chocolates or compaunds. It is possible to produce compound or real chocolate on the Rotary Depositor Drop Chocolate Line even with different viscosity values by P.I.D. controll system.

There are 4 different capacity of drop line model as 300 kg/hr, 500 kg/hr, 1 ton/hr and 2 ton/hr capacities.

For all models, rotary depositor width is 800 mm, cooling tunnel is 3 flat and each flat temperature is independently adjustable.

Total length of the lines are 10,5 meter for 300 kg/hr model, 15 meter for 500 kg/hr model, 25 meter for 1 ton/hr model and 28 meter for 2 ton/hr model.
