Double Color Biscuit Filling Machine

Alpy Double Color Cream or Caramel Filling Machine is produced with different depositor dimension and band dimensions between 600 mm and 1300 mm depend on capacity. There can be one depositor or two depositor on the machine.

Biscuits come from magazine or cooling band after oven, positioned with the equal centers by servo motor controlled alignment unit. When the products pass under the depositor, two color chocolate is deposited over the two rows at the same time from servomotor controlled and horizontal moving depositor.

Depositor has two seperated jacketed vessel to deposit two color products or cramel at the same time. Pistons drived by rack-gear system connected to servo motor. This system prevents force loosing of servo motor when transmit its force to the pistons.

Gramage of the filling products, vessel tmeperatures and other parameters can be adjusted on PLC panel.

If there will be 1 moveable depositor on the machine, the capacity is 60 row product/minute. If there will be 2 moveable depositors on the machine, the capacity is 120 row product/minute.
